At AI Code Error Checker and Fixer, a project of ePorichoy and a concern of RapidRoomz LLC, we want to ensure you are fully satisfied with our automated E2E testing tool. If you experience technical issues that we cannot resolve, you are eligible for a refund under the terms below.
If you subscribed to our SaaS plan (Starter or Pro) or purchased the self-hosted package, you can request a full refund within 7 days of your initial payment date. No questions asked. After the 7-day period, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
To request a refund, please open a support ticket on our official support desk at https://support.eporichoy.com or email our billing department. Please include your registered email address, transaction reference, and the Subscriber ID associated with your account.
Once your refund request is approved, we will initiate a chargeback or refund transaction to your original payment method (such as Stripe). Refunds typically take 5 to 10 business days to appear on your bank statement, depending on your card issuer or banking institution.
